“Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. ”

“Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). “The townhouse is in an amazing location - incredibly close to the stadium, yet on a quiet street. A super place for attending events. The townhouse's kitchen is great, the bathroom is adequate, and the beds are super comfortable. The housekeeper was so accommodating. It would benefit from a little investment to upgrade the carpet and the couch, both of which have seen one too many steps or seats.Having said that, again, you can't beat the location.”

Public transit and taxis are hard to come by, so car hire is recommended.
