“一直对Big4印象挺好的，去澳洲也以Big4为首选。这家服务不错，有晚班服务人员，只需在前台办公室按服务铃即可，免了打电话问钥匙箱密码环节。但是，我在搜索酒店时，为了方便搜索和看床的大小，每间房只填了两个大人，忘记填小孩的人数，退房时每间房被加收了100澳元，2间房收了200澳元，住两晚比原来的价格多了人民币1000块钱，非常的贵。因为英文不太好，前台服务说扣钱我也没有反驳。扣钱这个事情这让我对Big4的印象没有之前那么好了，以后选择时会慎重考虑。没有温水泳池，冬天入住没有乐趣。”

“Awesome place for family trip, very clean and comfortable. We had a clear instruction to find the key even we checked in after office hour. ”

“I haven’t received the check in details at the time I arrived the property, and it is around 8pm and there is no staff staying there. My phone is not able to,call the property staff to ask for the check in so we knocked the door of one guest room and ask the guest helped us calling to the staff. Luckily we got a friendly guest and reached the staff via phone and finally our check in is success. Otherwise we can’t imagine where we can stay at that night. Btw the room is good, well decorated…”

“房間內有煮食爐及餐具，但沒有碗碟及杯，帶來不便。位置距離市中心車程約五分鐘，旁邊是超市，但價錢較市中心超市貴。”

“The bedsheet not clean, feel itchy the whole night. Central air cond. so tempure in open area is cold but inside room is hot. ”

“Older property but clean & close to waterfront”

“We did not drive, but it is easy to walk to hotel from bus station. Local is good and quiet, just walk around 15 mins to main street and Busselton Jetty. Room is good and comfortable. I like Busselton.”
