“The property is set in a quiet part of Northern Ireland and close to sites of interest. I wish more of my stays were rural. The room had a cozy feel and was very clean. ”

“As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful. I was so tired checking in, I left my luggage beside the reception. Within seconds of entering my room, someone was at the door. With my bags and a huge smile.……

“We were very happy with our stay at the Salthouse Hotel. It is beautifully designed and decorated and our room was first rate. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend staying here. ”

“The accommodation is well finished and the staff pleasant. We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them. We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund. The breakfast was fine. I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. ”
