“The property was nice and in a great position for our reason toi be there, some of the beds ( mattresses ) reallly need to be looked at being replaced.. Main bedroom is very soft and edges worn out and tends to roll out and bed 3 ( with joined bathroom) is worn out ... and also founf dirty cutlery in drawers... these are not complaints just a little heads up so pretty happy with the property in total....... Thank you”

“This is an amazing property with plenty of space, beautiful grounds and lovely views. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and bbq area for entertaining large groups and special extras like fresh flowers scattered throughout the house which is a very lovely touch. Communication and help from our host Colette was second to none. Thank you so much for making or stay a special one!”

“Property was ok, bathrooms badly need upgrade, non slip strips in bath/ shower required. Family member slipped and hurt knee and no exhaust ventilation. Yard needs a good tidy and house needs pest spray. Ants and spiders everywhere. Overall, property could use some maintenance. Best feature was kitchen/dining area and downstairs lounge area. Would I stay again?? Undecided.”

“Great location, loved the games shed and extra accommodation, lots of room for our pops 80th bday. We didn’t appreciate the camera in back yard. Not necessary, invade of privacy. A lot of people wouldn’t come back cause of this. Overall lovely house.”

“As sent already yesterday. When we first arrived at the cabin, it looked very unkept, spider webs everywhere on the outside building but then we went inside, and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We couldn't locate the Wi-Fi password and were on SOS which was disappointing. We were also very concerned with the dog on site as there was no one around in the main house. We filled up it's empty water bowl as it was very hot, felt sorry for the poor thing.”

“Lovely little cottage in Broke. Clean and comfortable. Soft bed with good pillows. Lovely freshly baked bread and brownies left by the owner with other breakfast foods which was a lovely surprise. The only think i didnt like was the shower as it was very small and im not a fan of waterfall shower heads. Didnt get to use the spa or games room but it looked great”
