“This place was by far one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. Exceptionally clean and had the best stocked kitchen I've ever had. Every type of cooking utensil, pots pans, plates ect that I needed.Hosts were great! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and were surprised with a bottle of wine!Highly recommend. ”

“The cabin was great for a weekend getaway. The cabin was fully stocked and we enjoyed a nice, quiet stay at the cabin. We also explored the area with short drives to a supper club in East Dubuque and shopping in Galena. The place had everything we could want and we would definitely stay again!”

Close to amenities but far enough away to get a full camping/outdoors secluded experience! We love to sit by the fire, watch the birds, fish at Finleys landing and walk the beach. The cabin is cozy and rustic and thoroughly stocked with firewood and cooking supplies! Perfect stay for families! ”
