As an ex local visiting. It was a decent location between Durango and Ignacio. The place was just as cute as the photos.With that said. Next guest will enjoy the bit of maintenance work we preformed. Tightening the beds to the headboards, not messing with any of the many "tape jobs/patches/lack of consideration for guests" Would stay again if the price was lower or amenities were a bit more updated. The owner is also a local and should show more pride in their rental.
