This one bedroom plus loft bedroom Ferringway condo is clean, recently updated and comfortable, and near downtown.  There are two flights of stairs leading up to the condo.

Inside the home, the main level includes a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a table for four and two more seat at the countertop, and the nearby kitchen includes new appliances and countertops, with ample dinnerware, cookware and utensils. Outside the front entry to this home, is a private balcony, with outdoor camp chairs and side tables to provide outdoor living space. Two flights of stairs lead up to this condo.

The Ferringway shared hot tub and heated swimming pool are located a short walk away, and the pool deck has plenty of room for lounging.  Also at the pool area are multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space for fun and enjoyment without having to leave the grounds. Easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. Hillcrest Golf Club, Durango’s premier public golf course, is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.

A five-minute drive reaches Historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment.   Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes visitors to Purgatory Resort and the high San Juan Mountains.  Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West.  The Fort Lewis College campus is a 3-minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
