This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 1A) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.

The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.

The condo features a cocktail arcade game (With 60 classic games), a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer, Cable TV and a deck with a BBQ grill.

The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles (garage height is 7'6").

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Nice and convenient

The property was just as described. Very convenient. Easy walking distance to all of Main St and even a large grocery store. Under building parking with access codes was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent Location!

The location is perfect for a stay in Durango. Centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We were a party of six ladies. It was hard with only two bathrooms, but we made it work. The biggest issue was with keyless entry. We did not rent a vehicle, so the garage entry was not needed but that was the only way into the building. Could not use the front entry. We had to walk down the alley to enter the building. It is also time to replace the comforters on the beds. Overall, we had a great time as usual!

Excellent location but low quailty management

It has a nice house, and an excellent location, but the directions won't get you to the unit. Don't bother asking for an early check-in either as management doesn't care if the unit was vacant the night before or if 4 PM is late for you. After 20 minutes of trying to find the front door, management explained we were frustrated from the drive and that they had 70 other people to deal with, so we got a 4:30 check-in and the 4th door code, to get in, wouldn't work.

Great place with lots of rooms and perfect walkable location

We had several adults in our party. Often rental places that sleep 6 have a bunk bed or two. What adult wants to sleep in a bunk bed?! This place had three bedrooms with proper beds. The one downside is you need three codes to get into the rental. Besides having everyone in your party memorize all the codes, two of the codes didn't work when we arrived. The property manager helped us get into the unit, but the elevator code never worked. We could go around through the lobby but it was a pain to haul our luggage up from the basement parking through the lobby.Besides the code problems, this place was perfect!

Place is in a great location, the family enjoyed the ability to park and walk everywhere we need to go. The security of the place allowed us to sleep well. Place was very clean. Only worry we had to watch is the stove top. Nobs, two of them are broken and need to be replaced. Making it hard to tell if the stove was on or offf.

Fantastic condo with the perfect location

We appreciated thecondo’s wonderful proximity to downtown Durango and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The two designated parking spaces in the secure garage and the elevator access to the unit offered us safe, convenient location for our vehicles and access to the unit. The linens were spotless and plentiful, and the ladies were impressed with the welcome packs of Aveda products. We made use of the convenient washer/dryer stackables, and our eleven-year-old grandson delighted in beating his grandfather in the arcade games. What more could we have needed? Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our stay was nice. The location is great. There are a couple of things that should be attached to. One or more of the stove knobs is broken, which makes using some of the burners unsafe. There is at least one of the kitchen pullouts that is broken. The freezer smelled like fish. Please stoke tissues for the house. We had one partial box. We still had a nice stay and would stay here again in the future.

Absolutely LOVED Durango

The condo was just perfect for three couples. The proximity to the train, downtown, restaurants and walking trails could not be better. At first we did find the different door codes confusing, but we quickly adapted. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Great place and we would stay there again.

Graduation Weekend

Clean, great location, accurate description of physical structure, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It was a plus to have your own two designated parking spaces in the basement. The only snag was poor instruction regarding code for the elevator ( which was not given till after our arrival and multiple phone calls) very confusing. I would still definitely recommend but be sure you get clear instruction on code for both apartment and elevator..

Our Durango Experience

Our stay was lovely. The apartment was excellent and met our needs exceptionally. The openness of the living room, dining room and kitchen created the perfect environment for us to host the bride and groom and grooms parents for dinner one night before the big wedding festivities began later in the week. We were in walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops and just enough off the main strip so we didn’t hear any street noise. The condo was clean and spacious, perfect for the 3 of us; a well stocked kitchen, games table, nice fireplace and big screen TV. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Durango and needing a home away from home vibe.

Luxury condo in Primo location! Highly recommend

What a wonderful place! Loved everything about this Condo. The location is primo – walking distance to the Durango & Silverton train station, and lots of downtown restaurants and stores. (Michel’s Corner Crepes and Jean Pierre Bakery very close and highly recommended!) Also easy walking distance to River Walk, grocery store, etc. The space was as described – a luxury condo, worked great for two couples. The primary suite is huge, along with the en suite bathroom and the large walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom was smaller but nice, and a short walk down the hall to second bathroom. The second guest bedroom is on the other side of the condo, so a walk through the living area to get to the second bathroom. Probably renovating our closets after living with this well thought out closet system! It was very well equipped with all the kitchen items – lots of plates, glasses, cookware, blender, coffee-maker, etc. It was well-stocked with all the basic supplies for getting started. We appreciated the extra touches – the full soft-soap dispensers in both bathrooms (re-fillable, so saving some plastic). We had a chance to turn on the gas fireplace briefly a couple of evenings when it got cool – nice touch. Highly recommend this place, and will be our go-to next trip to Durango.
