We has very hot weather and rainy days and the facilities could deal with both extremes. The owner is wonderful to work with and very responsive. ”

Cooking, grilling steaks, relaxing on the porch, enjoying coffee in the morning, building a fire in the fireplace in the evening, listening to the sound of a rushing stream below, really all we hoped for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for such a quiet, secluded retreat. The proprietor was readily available with helpful advice. This place had everything - the lake was well-equipped with kayaks, mini kayaks for the kids, pedal boat, etc. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, and enough plates bowls cups and a big table to gather around. Grill, seating areas for reading or morning coffees, fire pit, hot tub. And of course the sauna! Everything worked great and was so comfortable for our stay. Great communication from our host - absolutely would recommend!!”
