"Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Not easy to walk there from the rail station. However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. Good and reasonably priced ..."

"浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。"

"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too.
