“The cabin is very dated, except the kitchenette. It had an odd odour, curtains were old and I cringed having to touch them. Couch cushions were ripped and stained and very uncomfortable. There was animal hair all over. The cabin suited it's purpose but not very nice. I would not stay again unless no other option”

“We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh. Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again.”

“Great owner, Jesse was more than helpful and also made undercover parking available for my motorbike. Clean and quite rooms with a sparkling clean pool. Also 200 metres up the road was a hidden gem, the South Tamworth bowls club great meals and cold beers with a load of great locals. Thanks again Jesse”
