It had everything we needed to relax after a long day of exploring before prepping a picnic lunch and heading out the next day. The host was very friendly and checked that we had everything we needed. Home away from home!”

“There were so many beds to choose from and they were all so comfy! We loved the media room for movie nights with the kids! We loved having the outdoor kitchen for a family bbq! All of the indoor and outdoor games were so much fun, we didn’t even need to leave the property! ”

“The suite was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. Communication with our host was good. Wing was quick to respond to questions and was respectful. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice perhaps. There is a Nespresso machine but another coffee making option could have been nice. Maybe a drip maker or a french pressThe house and neighborhood were quiet.This was a good home base for us while we spent most of our days visiting family.Thank you Wingmaking option ”

“Everything was perfect! Location is super close to the lake, to the amusement park, and to the water slides. House is very clean, and AC is much appreciated. Checkin was seamless, and communication with the host is amazing. We look forward to coming back!”

“Property was easily found small but well maintained nice outside area and well equipped enjoyed the stay with my group ”

“We were in town for a family reunion and agroup of us stayed together. Everyone felt that the property met our expectations. It was a large older home with an open floor plan that met our needs. There ended up being eight adults and two children and no one felt it was too crowded. Unforunately the dishwasher wasn't functioning however i am sure the owner will have fixed it. All and all we enjoyed our stay.”

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
