“Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. ”

“The hotel was located in a very convenient location close to the airport. Rooms were very nicely appointed and they were very generous in size. My room was a tiny bit cold (quite reasonable being winter) and within minutes, a lovely heater had been brought in to keep me toasty warm! Staff were absolutely lovely to deal with and very obliging. Located in a safe and secure area with lots of amenities within a short distance. This hotel comes highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge.”

“Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery.
