“The hotel was not at all organized. Parking advertised was free but had to fight for it and make requests. Very congested area. Staff was not trained. Facilities were quite poor.”
“The staff were amazingly helpful, with getting my room ready after I arrived much earlier. As someone who works in hotels in Australia, i can appreciate how challenging it can be. The buffet was lovely, and Charcoal too.”
“Clean Comfortable & Convenient
We were in Surat on business and this was the most ideal location. Just 3 mins walk from train station. There is an excellent restaurant right next door as part of hotel and you can order food in the comfort of your room too. Staff is very helpful and polite. Our stay was most comfortable and we will certainly stay here again.”
