It has new flooring and everything in labeled so you know exactly where everything is. There were 4 of us staying there and it is all we needed for the 3 days we were there. The linens were soft, the house was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space, there was even a multi charger in our bedroom. The only thing I could……

“The description is true to the house. It's a charming brick home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds have mattress toppers which were comfortable and soft. The kitchen had pans, cookie sheets, and utensils. Everything you would need to make a meal. It worked well for our family of 6. There was plenty of room to sprawl and be comfortable yet close together for family meals and games. ”
