“The staff are curteous and helpful. The room was clean. The coffee maker and frig were clean and worked. My remote stopped working and I was given new batteries, no questions asked. I liked how convenient the property was to the Ark Encounter. I was able to walk there and back.”

“As they say, it's like putting lipstick on a pig. Someone has tried to make it look nice, but it's just surface level stuff. The place was not the cleanest. They had no breakfast, and no coffee. Not in the rooms... not at all. It's a place to lay your head, but for a few more dollars you could stay somewhere cleaner, with basic amenities available. ”
