“The started off a little rocky, but our host was most helpful. We enjoyed wonderful weather (even thunderstorms in the UP are amazing), saw unmatched natural beauty, and managed to find a few special rocks. We definitely will come back.”

“Location on white sand beach was superb. Best time I’ve ever had in the Keweenaw. Campfires on beach every night. Plenty of wood and tinder. Lighting in house isn’t good for reading. Lights over sink and table were hard to turn on. Appliances could have been cleaned better. Overall house condition average at best”

Location was a quick 30” trip into Houghton but far enough away from tech to avoid the congestion of a graduation weekend. Such a gem to be located right on beautiful Lake Superior. “Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our evenings playing ping pong and cards at the tables in the bar. The ceilings were a bit low and my tall friend hit his head on a beam. The shower spaces could have been a little more roomy but they sufficed. Overall, we had a good stay.”

“The stay was great! We had a lovely time. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and would tell anyone planning to cook for a group- to be ready for dull knives!That was the only thing that wasn't perfect, so that is saying something. We will likely stay here again. Thank you! ”
