Offering privacy and serenity with the most majestic starry night views you can experience! The living room, kitchen, and dinning area offers picturesque panoramic views throughout the day and gorgeous city lights across the lake in the evening. A wrap around covered deck gets amazing morning sun you’ll enjoy sunrise on the deck catching all the light. Outdoor seating on the deck and a private spa Jacuzzi is a great way to enjoy the ambience.

Main floor living includes 2 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a dedicated office. The master bedroom on suite has a double vanity, jetted spa tub, and standalone tile shower. The Lower level offers 2 additional large bedrooms and 1 full bath, theater screen with 4K theater projector, 5 theater seats, full sized billiards table, ping pong table, foosball table, downstairs kitchen for wet bar service and snacks with full size fridge, popcorn machine, and air fry oven, a children’s play area with a built in loft bed. The lower level walks out to an enclosed sunroom offering a new 4 person sauna and exercise equipment including cable machine, elliptical trainer and climber machine.

Gourmet Kitchen offers Stainless appliances, double oven, granite counters and spacious chef’s island for food preparation and serving.

Cedar Pass Ranch is a prestigious Equestrian Community, featuring 2-5 acre lots, a community horse rink, and miles of horse trails and hiking are part of the lifestyle here.

Beautiful view from a nice house!

12 people (ages 17 and up) stayed here for 4 nights. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. We played games in the downstairs game room, and had an epic time on the pickleball courts. None of us knew how to play pickleball, so we made up our own rules and had a super fun time! Everything was clean, and the house had all the supplies that we needed. We would stay here again! Thank you!!
