“This home is located in a hilly wooded addition. The town is approx 1 mile down the street. Wonderful restaurants and many cute little shops. The home is beautiful and has all the essentials you need. Felt very cozy and relaxed while my husband was at meetings. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice condo in great location close to downtown Raleigh. Unit was new, clean, spacious, and well stocked. (Only place I’ve ever stayed with 3 different types of coffee makers with coffee and tea included.). Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.”

“Property is really nice. Kids loved the pool and game room which kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area and patio are really nice. We rented to host my daughter's 16th birthday party and the house was perfect. Dryer took forever to dry clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of laundry. ”

“We stayed here for softball games that we were attending at NC State. Great location! Owner was a little behind on messaging but ended up giving me a direct call and all was good. Very clean!”

“Wonderful location near NC State, Village District, groceries, and so many restaurants. Condo had everything we needed and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Owner easy to communicate with.”

“House was nice. Perfect for 3 adults to stay the weekend. I only gave 4 stars for Accuracy of on line listing because I didn't realize at the time of booking that the do stairs of the house is actually a separate rentaanother rental”

“The house is lovely in a great location for our event at the Convention Center. Is close enough to walk there and to Red Hat as well as many other venues; Transfer Food Hall and Burial, etc. The accommodations were perfect for our group of five. Home was clean and supplied as represented in the listing. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The house looks like in the pictures, very unique, pretty new and clean. Nice towels, very comfortable beds, which is difficult to find in rented houses. Check in and out was easy. We had a little incident past midnight, and the host was ready to communicate with me. Highly recommended.”
