“We came to do walking in the south east of Tasmania and to see the auroa australia. We were able to do both even though the weather was a bit of everything. A lovely deck overlooking the beach and sea. A nice pub 5 mins walk up the road so we didnt have to cook dinner. A really peaceful and quiet area.”

“Really loved the location, serenity and amenities at this property. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom & views over spectacular Pirates Bay - which was a real plus for our group of four couples. The lounge area was large and welcoming and the kitchen was well facilitated for self-catering. Direct beach access from the property was a bonus. The location was perfect for enjoying numerous bushwalks in the Tasman Peninsula area. We'll definitely be back.”

“We loved our stay here. The house is really well kitted out, with everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit, the bbq, the many different relaxing spaces in the house and the great coffee. We were lucky to have fabulous weather so spent lots of time at the beach, only 5 minutes walk away. The outdoor shower was handy for rinsing off the sand. We accidentally left a much-loved soft toy behind and Lucy messaged as soon as it was found, offering to post it to us. Thanks Lucy!”

“We really enjoyed our week as did our miniature schnauzer. The home presented exactly as described - spotless and with ample crockery, cutlery, pantry items and dog accessories. The view was amazing with dolphins present. The beach was minutes walk away and dog friendly. The property being not fully fenced was a minor issue. Property manager Deb was a great communicator. “The staff were wonderful- in all depts. The property is obviously going through some upgrades and renovations, as it is an older facility. But to be fair the price was very reasonable and reflected those challenging conditions. The location is excellent and very much served our purposes for an overnight stay during our east coast travels of Tassie. And to be clear, we can’t say enough about how warm, helpful and welcoming ALL the staff are.”
