“We enjoyed our vacation ..only issue is I thought our portion of the rental was in the back of the building therefore we had a lot of traffic noise since we were in the front of the building. ”

“My family stayed at Melissa and David‘s apartment for a few nights this summer and had a a great stay! We have two young children and the apartment had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. A few steps to the beautiful beach and close to shops. ”

“This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem.”

“Enjoyable visit to Beach Haven for a family wedding. House was great, very clean, comfortable and cute. Stairs are very narrow and steep. Location is great, park across the street was very nice. Nice proximity to beach! ”

“The apartment was exactly as pictured. Furthermore, it was immaculate. We had a great time. I do want to share two things. 1)you had to go outside to access the washer and dryer. It was located in a small room under the apartment. 2) the picture of the table and umbrella with an ocean view is not accurate. Unit 1 where we stayed faced the street. You could go up to the roof and see the ocean. It is right behind the house. So really nice apartment- very close to the beach and very clean. I just……

“We stayed for my sisters bachelorette. It was a great location, the owners were responsive we had questions and it fit our group perfectly.”

“Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! ”
