“Property is situated in the grounds of Spital House and it very quiet. Cottage is very spacious and was very clean and is well stocked with essential equipment. Liked the small welcome pack also the pint of milk in the fridge. The stables are directly behind the property and the horses where in the field every day. Found it difficult to find as directions from the post code take you to Paxton so better to set google maps for Spital House this takes you almost to the front door of the cottage.……

“Cosy cottage is an excellent description the cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The conservatory is a lovely room to relax in. Parking is on the road a short walk away not by the house.”

“Extremely comfortable and well furnished and equiped cottage in grounds of large private house. Surrounded by greenery and wildlife including hares and deer. Just 10 minutes drive from beautiful walks along River Tweed or Berwick town centre. Great place to relax. Friendly owner readily available but no problems ”
