“This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe.
Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely.
There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep.

“The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Apart from the house there were so many outdoor areas to relax in, verandahs on 3 sides, beautiful gardens and a fire pit area. “Despite the extremely dry landscape, this house and the surroundings really were delightful. It is a short drive to Euroa and the amazing Seven Creeks Hotel (we ate there twice) and Strathbogie and some hidden waterfalls.Everything in the house was beautifully appointed and clean. Definitely recommend a stay. We'd like to return is spring when hopefully the rain has come. ”
