“Nice hotel ... reception ladies could learn to smile and greet more. The restaurant food was bad...looked nice, but was not impressed ”

“Basic amenities, good breakfast, beautiful surroundings, nice service!”

“整體來說還不錯，但是飯店人員不是很積極，我在15:00 check-in，可能太準時了，櫃檯人員打電話上去詢問房間好了嗎，然後說再請我們稍等五分鐘，我們到旁邊等待，中間一直有其他的旅客進來check-in，而他們都可以直接馬上入住，我們就這樣等等等，等了20分鐘，中間一直也有跟櫃檯人員對上眼，但她並沒有做任何表示，或是幫我們詢問房間，最後是我們等不下去才再次上前問房間好了嗎？櫃檯人員才打電話，然後告訴我們「好了」...那請問我們前面是在等心酸的嗎？這樣的態度實在令人失望！幸好後面的飯店整理、客服服務，還算是拉回了一點分數。”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is entirely modern and updated within an old historical building. I was worried about the digital check-in and keys, but it was utterly simple and seamless. Would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room or facilities in the room for making tea. Otherwise, I highly recommend.”

“Netjes en schoon, maar niet geschikt als gezin. Teveel rumoer buiten en onze bovenburen maakten veel lawaai middenin de nacht na het stappen. We moesten ook nog extra betalen voor handdoeken en bedlinnen, dat zit normaliter toch echt in een hoteltarief. ”

“Great price/qualty ratio for a stay-over in Leeuwarden. Breakfast is expensive and parking more complicated.”

“Prachtige locatie midden in het centrum. Ontbijtmogelijkheden zijn beperkt. Service is prima! Vriendelijk personeel. ”
