“This house was wonderful to stay at, and Mary was the best host! The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our first day, there was a small issue with the bathroom. I texted Mary to let her know and she had someone over that day to fix it. She is very responsive to any text or question you have. The pool and hot tub were very clean, plenty of pool towels and we had a very relaxing week at her home. The only negative for me was the bed was kind of soft but that’s a personal preference……

“Spent four nights with my adult children last week and we had a wonderful time at Cactus Ranch. The house is HUGE and very well-designed. There are beautiful details throughout the home. My family enjoyed movie night in the bunk room every night. The pool area is perfect and the garage/barn is full of games. The house has lots of cozy spots to relax. We enjoyed the house so much we barely left.”

“The property itself is good. The RV Park needs a lot of work. Roads and cleanliness are needed. We tried using the screen on the patio door. It would not slide. We tried fixing it but needs a little attention. ”

“My husband fishes Havasu throughout the year, it’s not easy to find a place to accommodate our bass boat because we need to charge the trolling motor. This was a great location with perfect boat parking. The owner was very responsive to my questions. My husband will definitely stay here again!”
