“Wonderful! Not sure how anyone could give a bad review. Incredibly friendly staff, welcoming to my pup, beautiful location and view. Quiet and peaceful. I didn’t try the restaurant downstairs but it was packed and it’s off season. Comfy bed, huge bathroom and great shower. The only thing I would say is the third floor has very narrow stairs that would be hard for folks with mobility issues. Also it was a little weird to have to walk through a restaurant to go to your room but doubt it would be……

“This is our second day at the house and once again we had a wonderful visit. House is clean well stocked for cooking, clean beds and bathroom and a classic A-frame style. Direct access off the back deck down to the water was key as we ice fished directly behind the house. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for getaway in northern Vermont.. ”

“If you’re gonna get snowed in anywhere, this is the place to do it! We made snow angels and had a beautiful snowshoe on the frozen lake. Also a very cozy spot to binge watch some TV and relax. The great ice Vt festival was very fun- we supported many local artists, businesses.”

“Convenient to St. Albans and Burlington, which was the main areas we wanted to visit. Please was perfect for my husband and I (and baby). Easy check in and out. Owners responded quickly when we asked if we could arrive a little early (they said yes!). Great stay!”
