“Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. ”

“Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget. ”

“We decided to to do a snow-cation in Vermont and found this beautiful house that accommodated 4 adults and 5 Children (7yo-16yo). The house was beautiful- spacious and clean. Adults enjoyed evenings in the kitchen while kids played ping-pong, pool and foosball. Property Manager responded quickly and even offered some local favorites/happenings based on our group. We travelled to Stowe Mtn each day, an absolutely beautiful drive. Burlington was close with abundance of shopping, breweries,……

“Peaceful cabin on the lake- absolutely beautiful views and relaxing scenery. Sunrise over the lake was amazing. The house was adorable- the kids absolutely loved the spiral staircase! Communication with renters was easy and immediate. You aren’t really able to take long showers- but we were warned about that beforehand. I would absolutely Recommend this location to anyone! ”

“If you’re gonna get snowed in anywhere, this is the place to do it! We made snow angels and had a beautiful snowshoe on the frozen lake. Also a very cozy spot to binge watch some TV and relax. The great ice Vt festival was very fun- we supported many local artists, businesses.”

“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……
