“Place was great! Fun way to enjoy the lake. Access to the amenities made the stay even better!Houseboat was clean. Our only suggestion is to mention it’s a kurig oppose to coffee maker. Would suggest a mat outside of the slider! And sponges. Will return! ”

“This is truly a nest in the woods owner was extremely helpful in getting us settled the location is remote yet easy to find on NewHampshire route 3 A if you are looking for a place to escape life’s rigours for a few days this is absolutely a place you will want to consider ”

“We had a great stay! The cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the lake was super short and the whole place felt peaceful and cozy. Just note that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. Overall, it was quiet, comfortable, and had that perfect cabin vibe. Highly recommended!”

“It was a lovely and clean home with plenty to keep us busy inside and out. The kids loved the foosball table and arcade game, and the parents loved the hot tub. My two area of dissatisfaction were being told in the day of the rental in our check in information that only 3 cars were included for free and others would be up charge. Of course we made plans far in advance to have 4 people drive from different locations and did not have time to adjust. Additionally, the upstairs thermostat was……

“We had an excellent time. House is amazing and backyard was perfect for hanging out and activities. Nice pool bar, plenty of seating and tons of grass area for yard games. Alex was extremely prompt with communication. We had two minor issues which Alex addressed. The pool turned green halfway through the trip. Also pool company drained and refilled hot tub second to last day. Minor inconvenience.”
