“The Vermont Retreat is a darling place to stay. My son, daughter-in-law really loved the attention to detail and extra welcoming bread and condiments provided. They appreciated the pet friendly retreat and enjoyed their host’s being so helpful with suggestions of the many things to do in the area. “With a seamless check in and it’s cozy New England feel, Skyeship House instantly made our group feel right at home. The hot tub was nothing short of glorious after a long day of skiing at Killington (a less than 5 minutes drive up the road). Our host was very professional when they needed to contact us for parking arrangements. The accommodations made our trip unforgettable, and I’d highly recommend booking here if you’re looking for a mountain getaway.”

“We loved the condo. It is one of the most well-stocked rentals we have stayed in--and we have stayed in many! There were many small touches--such as dark makeup washcloths, a jar with Q-tips and another with makeup removal pads--that really added a sense of TLC. The location, and overall design of the condo are all fabulous! Dan and Holly were very responsive when we had some questions. I do have a complaint about VRBO: Instead of communicating directly with Dan & Holly, we had to communicate……

“It was perfect for our 4 day stay. There were 5 adults and we managed just fine with one full bath ( & a half bath) a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. “Great place for 2 couples to relax and enjoy the fall sights.Only problem was the master bedroom bath. The bathtub drain was blocked and took 30 minutes to drain the water. Property owner was unable to get a plumber over the weekend, so I removed the stopper cleaned a lot of hair and waste, replaced the stopper and bathtub drained real good after that. ”
