“Room was smaller..not spacious as the add suggested. It was advertized as having a fireplace. There are pictures of the fireplace, with wood stacked next to it. Couldnt use the fireplace per order of the FD or something. Felt a little untoward to have a key in room amenity like that be unavailable and not share it. Building was very nice, amenities were very nice. Pool area was top notch, restaurant was good. Having a ski shop on site was super convenient. Parking was sufficient.”

“Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo at Pico. We appreciated the modern interior including comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and WIFI. The condo is well located (close to the fitness center and only a minute from the slopes) with plenty of parking and an exterior storage locker for skis. We stayed during the MA February break week and rarely had to wait in line for the lifts. What a gem of a mountain. We’d love to come back!”

“It’s a great location, and the unit is well updated, but being able to lock it while you’re away skiing the whole day is pretty important. When I reached out to the property manager about this, and also a disgusting towel left near the toilet on arrival, the response was basically oh no! That’s awful! We’ve told someone.. aaaand nothing ever happened about either thing. These issues weren’t insurmountable, but doing nothing at all about them just left a terrible impression.”
