“Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

“We didn't get our original place we booked but the host was so accommodating towards us, he ended up giving us two places. We were very grateful for the extra rooms. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place could've been better, minor things like mirrors and counter tops had smudging and looked like it was done in a hurry. Other than that we had everything we needed for one night. ”

“Great price although the damage deposit is a bit stiff. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Laundry room! Lot's of room to sit and eat or gather in the LR to discuss today's events or tomorrow's adventures. I would rent it again.”

“The comforts and cleaniness of a remodel, while holding true to the charm of this classic four square. Gently and tastefully decorated. Host was incredibly quick to reply! Totally Recommend!Beds and couch were very comfortable, very clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked (coffee YES, microwave -no; Full-size fridge, good array of dishes & cooking equipment, but not much supplemental ingredients yet- as it's a newer rental, these will likely start to accumulate). Super fluffy towels was a joyful……

“The property is in a good location. Several local restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Eastman Museum within walking distance. The property is clean with available parking. Note the bathroom is down a small flight of stairs that was not well lit at night, and the handrail on the stairs seemed lower than we expected. The lock on the bathroom door got stuck a couple of times. ”

“Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was also conveniently located close to great local restaurants and grocery stores. Check in and check out was very smooth. We couldn't have asked for……
