“Clean room ”

“Such a nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Hot tub was outstanding. Room was sparkling clean. ”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”
