“Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. “Berkshire Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations. It is quiet and pretty. I loved the shades of gold and dark red color scheme. Everything was basically new and very clean. The spacious kitchen and living room buffer the bedroom from any noise in the hallway. The bed was very comfortable for our aging backs. The kitchen is very well-stocked with anything you might want for either plating take-out meals or cooking yourself. My only complaint was that our handicap-accessible bathroom,……
