“We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. It was so nice drinking a coffee on the deck and listening to the nature.We had a minor issue with check-in and Vacasa wasn’t great about helping. “My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return.”

“The location was perfect. It is a bit of an older house but it worked for what we needed. The house was clean on arrival and it was very spacious for our kids to run around. “Property is very quiet and only a few minutes walk to the beach! The pictures of the beach and stairs can be a bit misleading as these are for the entire property, not this house. The beach did look nice and had plenty of room for everyone staying here. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with kids. Plenty to do and lots of great restaurants within a half hour drive ”
