“Ideal location in centre of Dornoch near golf courses and town square. Well appointed space for a group of friends each wanting there own space. Modern decor and appointment in a traditional building with its own garden space and off street parking.”

The house is on the beach with a wonderful two-level grass yard for kids to play. It is fenced so offers privacy and safety. “What an amazing cottage. Such a lovely location, beautiful scenery and a perfect homely feel. Large open spaces and nicely decorated. Plenty of equipment for all your needs and extremely comfortable beds. And a beautiful garden to sit out in and relax .Communication and information was efficient. On arrival, we had a fabulous hamper set up for us which was a really nice touch. Overall, would 100% recommend this cottage. We will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future. ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic cottage, ideally situated for exploring the area and beyond. Very clean and well equipt, very comfortable bed. Within about one mile of Dunrobin Castle and just across the road to the beach. We also drove to visit The Castle of Mey and John O’Groats. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. ”

“Nice quiet area, ideally situated for access to town and other amenities.Would definitely use again.”

“The cottage was very clean and welcoming and really well stocked with anything we could need. We were very comfortable. We got instructions a few days in advance that were very clear so finding and accessing the cottage was easy. There is a fabulous pub just down the street for a great meal. Just make reservations. Wonderful stay. ”

“Nice one bedroom with mini kitchen and sitting room to stay for one or a couple, and a quick drive to Dornoch. Very clean and cosy, we liked the heated bathroom flooor and towel warmer - thoughtfully appointed.”

Perhaps that was our fault for not asking enough questions, but the listing could be more forthright.On arrival, you have two choices. The rear parking area is fine, but the path down to the house is loose stones, so prepare to carry your luggage down. You can access the house from the street, but it is also steep, and the walkway is rough stones with limited……
