“The property is in a good location for Bedale and surrounding area. It is well equipped and has a fantastic garden & a very comfortable double bed. However some of the cutlery had to be washed and parking is difficult even with the permit. A new front door may give a better first impression.”

“Loved the location, woodland walk on your doorstep with stunning views. Pub open Wednesday to Sunday offering great food and drink. Dog friendly, amazing! “We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot. Small bedroom: no hanging space, one plug socket (used by lamp), only one half of a pair of curtains. Large bedroom: two hangers on a……
