You will be just 1/10 mile to boat launch, near the Shining Sea Bike path, golf courses, Woods Hole, Martha’s Vineyard Ferry, Cape Cod Winery, Bad Martha’s Brewery, Main Street, and Mashpee Commons.

1st floor: kitchen/great room opens to deck w/water view. Dining room table seats up to 10. Living room with large sectional & 55”Tv. Full bath & outdoor shower. 2nd floor: MBed w/Queen bed, water view & attached 1/2 bath. 2nd BR w/Queen bed, 3rd BR w/full bed & water view. 4th BD w/twin bunk beds & twin daybed trundle. Full newly renovated hall bathroom

Entire house, access to sunfish for experienced sailors only. Trailer hitch required, we do have the ball.
Other things to note
1 double kayak, 3 single kayaks & 1 inflatable kayak for your use. Sunfish available for experienced sailors (trailer hitch required, we do have the ball). Launch kayaks and sunfish at boat launch 1/10 mi up the street.
