“Great place, near Wycoff station. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Coffee, tea, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner all supplied. Very clean, except for the floor, which didn't appear dirty, but my socks and feet were black from walking around. Kitchen is well supplied with essentials, but needs new silverware and more than one cheap dishtowel, that would not absorb any water.. But plenty of paper towels, which I used instead! . Contact person was very pleasant. Could use……

The location is top-notch - Right in the middle of Williamsburg with easy access to the L train and key eating spots & grocery stores. The building also has spectacular amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.”

“Great location, very clean. A lot of local restaurants close by. Located a block up from a grocery store and the subway. Citbikes right outside if you prefer to bike around instead of take the subway. Saved this location to my favs. ”

“Unclean, got an offer to change property to another location, for which received only 1 picture. Door looked like someone had tried to break into the house. Received instructions to not to talk to anyone or open the door if someone knocked. Closets with trash, dust on fans, hair on bed, no soap. Key in a keylock across the road - with more than 1 keylock so was a trial and error. Not in their control but along 2nd Ave - so truck traffic till late in the night. Can hear everything - people……

“I had a very nice stay during a rainy few days in April. The building is near the G line and a couple buses which made getting around very easy. Check-in and check-out was straight forward. Apartment was clean and well maintained, and the building was fairly quiet. I enjoyed this VRBO experience!”

“This apt worked out well for us - a family of 6 adults. One couple slept in a pull out bed in the common space, sharing a bath with another couple on the main level. Some complaints about the constant traffic noises on 62nd just outside the windows. Apt is at sidewalk level. The lower level bedroom and bath were a lovely quiet sanctuary tucked just below street level. Great shower, updated bathrooms.
