“We were in town for a robotics tournament, and this home was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. It was a 15 minute drive to the venue (Alerus Center) and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was spacious, clean, and has everything you need to make a meal if you’d like. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with really nice thick towels. No complaints whatsoever. “This apartment was wonderful. Nice and cozy. Felt just like home. Way better than a hotel. Appreciated the full kitchen. Full size fridge and the oven was great as we were able to cook our son a birthday cake and also cooked 2 meals while we were there. One suggestion would be to get some hot pads for cooking when using oven. Also maybe some dish towels for drying dishes. Also maybe a strainer for cooking nd a crock pot. “Larry the property manager was great. Top floor condo with elevator made things scenic and convenient. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes. Water pressure in showers was an issue first morning but not the second. Didn’t use the kitchen but there’s a nice island with sink, huge fridge/freezer. Seating area was smaller but worked for us. Nice outside balcony. Would highly recommend.”

“A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here!
