“Ramp for me to access and they made sure I had the handicap accessible room each time. Very clean. Super nice people”

“Clean, comfortable, affordable with friendly staff. Free breakfast was delicious with good variety. We were given a larger room at no charge. Fitness room was substantial for a small hotel. They ran out of shampoo and parking lot lanes were narrow, but otherwise an excellent experience and would go back again”

“The Expedia property description said parking was free, when - in fact - there was a $15 fee I did not expect. Further down in property details, it said there was a fee. Not a deal breaker, but Expedia needs to correct the page.”

“Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Do not book here! I only gave a 5-star rating so everyone can see this. 1st they double charged my deposit of 100.00 and then they said because of things such as a dirty towel or linens! How could you not get a towel wet from a shower? And utilize a bed? My room was checked and I even left a tip of $20, given in mind there were sketchy people in the parking lot even the people there were??? On drugs plus when I arrived there was a fire rescue and cops but they said it was……

“First time ever to stay at the hotel, where the kiosk is also the check-in counter as also the concierge 😅😂 The guy at the kiosk is extremely helpful! 👍 The free shuttle service to airport and nearby light rail station was very nice too! Very few and limited selection at breakfast. Those plastic cutleries were so environmental unfriendly and contradictory to the “sustainable” hotel theme! ”

“No hot water , food crumbs everywhere, spills all over the walls and bedding. I informed front desk and was told that they would "try" to provide me witn a better room next time ”

“最棒的是早餐，用餐时间到早上十一点半，十几款餐即点即做，完全可以抵上一个午餐，服务人员态度也很好。房间宽敞舒适，唯一不太好的就是洗手间有下水道的异味，要通风半个小时后才没有味道。另外从西雅图市区开过去要经过一座收费的桥，每次通行6刀。但考虑到早餐整体性价比还是不错的”
