“This is my second time staying at the cabin in the meadow. It is extremely quiet and peaceful and wonderful as a solo traveler. The bed is comfortable, the water is hot, and the coffee supply is seemingly never ending. The drive up to Schweitzer is fairly easy and also provide provides quick access into town.Even with a four-wheel-drive vehicle, the driveway is very steep. Was hoping to see some wild life, but all we saw was chickens, geese, goats, a cat, and a runaway cow down the road.lol So quiet, and the sound of the rain on the roof was so relaxing. “This was a second house as part of a 29 person family reunion. We have family that have a home nearby so we didn’t need this house for much, mostly sleeping. A few little things that weren’t great which is why I’m giving it a 4-star. I wish they had listed more amenities. I ended up having to reach out several times asking questions. Like was there a coffee maker. Yes, there is one and it’s a regular coffee maker on one side and a single cup on the other. It’s a Keurig so it takes k-cups too.……
