“We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this clean and inviting space that had everything we needed for our trip. Our host was incredibly welcoming and truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. It was a delight to have my son’s service dog and her best friend join us, and they thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful yard. “There were some issues with how the apartment was left from the housekeeping (sticky residue on table, a dirty pan left in the stove, something spilled in the fridge). These were small issues to us, but could be big ones for others. Also some issue with the balcony door being hard to open/close. With that being said, I received the BEST communication I have ever received from any place I’ve stayed booked through VRBO (or any other company). They were very prompt to answer any text/email I sent.……

“The stay was great, exactly what it looked like and what we wanted for an excellent time in Indy. Very walkable to Mass Ave. and close enough to walk to downtown (if it's warm enough). The reservation process is cumbersome with Cozy Suites - once you reserve through VRBO, they then ask you to reserve and pay through their own site (which sounds shady, but I wasn't charged twice). Directions to check in are good, very automated and they TRY to make things easy. However, they had a problem with……

“I was here only one night with my husband, we walked here from the venue directly after our wedding lol, and it was so nice walking around and being in the heart of broad ripple and getting coffee the next day. Only thing that was a little annoying was the fob situation, but it kinda makes sense. The place felt super safe and it's probably because of how hard it it is so hard to get in!”
