“This property was so great for a relatively wild group! The rules sound scary but I promise they aren’t bad. There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). The place was so clean and organized and super easy to get to the strip. Linda was great! Check in requires you to meet up with the property manager and then follow her to the location but it’s fine because she’s great. Pool cleaners did come by……

“The house was perfect for our last minute trip of 8 adults. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. The backyard was a great hangout for us to bbq and talk with each other. Although it was a little chilly, we did dip our feet in the pool. This house is perfect if you are tired of the strip and just want to lounge around with friends. ”

“We rented two villas side-by-side and had a great experience. The units were clean and decently stocked with the essentials. We had a lovely week visiting with family.”

“This was a wonderful place for our large family to gather with kids of all ages. The game room, large pool, tennis court, and basketball court kept all thoroughly entertained. The house had plenty of room for such a large group and the kitchen was so well equipped that we had everything we could ever need. The property owner and manager were great to work with- very quick responses and frequently checked to see if we needed anything. Will definitely plan to choose this for another family……

“Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. ”

“This home was in a great location, very close to restaurants and shopping. Only 15-20 minutes from the Vegas Strip. Owner was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. He let us check in early. The house had all the amenities of home. The yard was the best part. We had a great time enjoying the pool with the hot weather. There were 8 of us, my husband and I, my dad and our 5 adult children. We had plenty of space. Highly recommend this home.”

“House was a good size and layout for our family. Beds were clean and comfy. Check in and out were a breeze. Quick responses whenever I had to reach out. Family spent 9 days in the house and loved getting in the pool everyday. Some maintenance and cleaning feedback provided regarding the state of the pool. Would return no problem.”

“I booked this property on December 2024 and I am very glad I did. This property is beautiful and has a lot of space. It is close to the airport and to the Vegas strip. I loved the fact that it is located in a quiet neighborhood which makes it perfect for a relaxing time at the heated pool. I highly recommend this property. ”

“The listing said it was newly renivated but it needed lots of work. Paint was chipped everywhere and the baseboards looked gross. Cabinets are old. It said it slept 16, it did not. Said it has a lake view. No lake. We couldn’t get into the house for over 2 hours abter the checkin time and There was an issue with the payment going through. The host basically harassed us and went in the house when we were not there. ”
