“The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. ”
