“This is a cute, compact 1BR, 1 Bath cottage with great lake access with just a short walk. Good communication from the owner, easy access to Storrs and neighboring towns, and very clean. Loft area has limited space, but the main bedroom is quite comfortable. The only challenges were unrelated to the property (loud neighbors, disputes both nights) and sulfer smell in the water (easily fixed with a Brita pitcher)”

There are rabbits hopping around making you feel relaxed to watch them, the birds had a nest with their babies and they were very calming, so when nature enjoys the quiet and beauty you know that you are at a good home.”

“I have been doing great business with the owner I have as always in the house and this time I was in a very unsafe basement with a bad smell and very uncomfortable bed I beg you don’t go to the basement it’s horrible”
