“Host was great! Jeremy was quick to offer suggestions for activities and provide us with ice or other items we needed. The only negative is that it is quite light at night due to street lights close by, so I would suggest bringing a sleep mask. The outside space could have been nicer but we did enjoy sitting there in the evening and chatting with neighbors and folks passing by. We had our bikes with us and really enjoyed riding the historic neighborhoods in St Augustine.”

“This house is great for a large group. The best parts are its beach location, beach supplies provided and the property owner Divina. We also liked the number of beds/baths for a large group. I will note this house is older and parts of it are coming apart/broken. For example, the TV didn’t work the first couple of days and a door came off the hinges. That said, Divina was amazing and always made sure issues were addressed right away. I will also note that we booked this house for the heated pool……
