“I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden. ”

“I lived on the west shore for 15 years before 2000. I knew the magic of the lake in Spring, before the schools were out and the motorboats roared past. The road was narrow and crowded, and summer folk found their camps again. Friends found peace and quiet away from the city of Syracuse. Quilting was done, and meals could have been obtained in the town.”

“A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway.”

“We encountered some issues as a result of a fluke storm that was not foreseeable- Mikey was super helpful, responsive, and easily contacted. The house is beautiful and the dogs loved the fenced in yard area to stretch their legs. we will rent from Mikey on our next trip to Norwich :). ”

“Everything was wonderful during our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate much which wasn’t a problem as the ping pong table downstairs became daily family tournaments into the late evening. I needed to cook for my niece‘s wedding and the kitchen was equipped with everything and plenty of space. The one day we had great weather the boys fished off the dock and rented a kayak. Thank you Marc, we had a great time.”

“The house is perfect for getting the whole family together. We found everything we needed - even a couple sleds when we woke up to snow. Loved the decor. And, the host was very helpful & responsive. I'd definitely stay here again. ”

“The house was clean and cozy. The lake was quiet and peaceful. We had a blast swimming and boating. It was truly a delightful getaway and a very memorable weekend. ”

“We rented this lovely loft to stay in whilst we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony in Binghamton. It was a short, busy trip and I left wishing we'd had more time to enjoy the property. It is a beautiful setting with great amenities inside and out. Lucinda was super communicative, readily available, but also incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give her 6 stars if I could. “My frail, elderly aunt and I very much enjoy our stay at this lovely house. It is very comfortable, super clean, and the land is full of many species of birds, butterflies, and insects. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching bald eagles, turkeys, blue headed vireos, dragonflies, woodpeckers, catbirds and many more species using the fields, forest, and pond.
