“Communication with the owners was excellent. Unfortunately several of our group have mobility issues and accessing the property was very difficult. The property information indicated that you accessed the property via steps but they are very steep with no handrail”

“We had a great stay in Suzanne's cottage in Kingswear. We were a family of four with two young children. The house is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. All the linen and towels seemed to be brand new which was lovely.The kitchen and facilities made our stay easy and comfy.The only slight inconvenience are the steep stairs up to the property but once you've got your luggage up there, it's well worth the views over Dartmouth Harbour and the steam railway.”

“We enjoyed a week of glorious sunshine with a fresh breeze. Apartment clean & well equipped. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to the harbour in one direction, the other way the footpath leading to the pool and on to the coastal path & Berry Head. The spiral staircase did not cause any difficulties for a couple of over 70’s! The only disappointment was the cancellation of all boat trips due to the wind. Parking a bonus. ”

“Nice big kitchen where we all had a leisurely breakfast and nibbles at night. My 96 year old mother came with us. The house is on a very steep hill, so we dropped her outside the house, then had to find parking, which was 3 roads away sometimes. ”

“Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. “Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful. We stayed in flat 4 which was ground floor so ideal carrying stuff to and from My only criticism is no washing machine, leaving us with wet clothes from the beach and every time you……

“Thanks, we had a lovely few days away, peace and quiet, bar lo call and great Fish & Chips from the Fryer Tuck just down the road. Good walks from location with great views.All in all a good few days away.”

“Overall, good, as mentioned to the owner, a little more care is required with regard cleaning, on the surface all good. Only when prompted through Vrbo did i get as response from the owner, as the time frame was getting very close as to when i would be staying. but after that all ok. Overall an excellent location, and would stay there again !”

“We had an amazing stay on East Soar Farm. The property was clean, comfortable and cosy, and was like a home from home. The log burner with an endless supply of logs was very welcome on the chilly nights.Our three young children had great fun spending time with the animals, including getting into the field with the newborn lambs and nursing them!
