“Beautiful well appointed, comfortable home on the water. Thoughtfully furnished to maximize water views and the lovely breeze. Owner was very responsive and supplied all needed information. ”

“Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill.……

“My husband, 5-year old, and I had such an incredible time at this waterfront property in Barrington! Soo peaceful. The views were simply stunning. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, spending time out on the deck, and evening walks with breathtaking views from all angles. If you wake up early enough, grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise, simply beautiful. The house itself was very clean, and well-maintained. The comfortable beds gave us a great night’s sleep. “In town for the holiday weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. This house was adorable. The lot was lovely and quiet. We loved the rabbits and birds and were a bit sad we weren’t here later in the season to sample the raspberry/blackberries on site. The outdoor sitting area was really nice while the sun was out and we enjoyed coffee and quiet reading out there. We think grill would be really appreciated for that space.Kayla was very responsive and welcoming over text.There was a bit of a musty……
