4BR/4BA Classic Architecture Beach House with Private Pool, Chefs Kitchen, Indoor and Outdoor Dining

A luxurious retreat for extended family that is great for entertaining. Plenty of room to entertain your guests.. or relax.

Upon approach down a long private drive, the house welcomes you with a covered front porch, flowering hydrangea and traditional Southampton architecture.

The 3200 square foot home features an open floor plan. The entire first floor has multiple common spaces - his and her living rooms with ample comfortable seating, Indoor dining and outdoor dining for al fresco dinners with friends and family and a covered front porch for morning coffee.

The chef's kitchen is well appointed (containing a six burner Gas Range) and a full range of cooking tools for your dining experience. The glass doors from the chef's kitchen extends to outdoor dining (seating for 10) on the deck overlooking the heated pool. Gas bbq on the deck adds to the dining options.

4 Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms (toilet/shower/bath)

All bedrooms are found on the second floor, each bedroom has a vaulted ceiling.

Central air conditioning keeps the home at your preferred temperature - with separate central air units and controls for each floor.

Location:
The beach house is located in the Town of Southampton, Village of East Quogue. A few minutes to downtown Westhampton, Dune Road, and Southampton with access to exceptional summer restaurants, shops, and farmers markets. A stay at this beach house enables you to access to the world renowned Dune Road beaches for long summer days at the shore. Hampton Jitney stop within 2 miles.

Enjoy a grand Hamptons getaway at this spacious and well appointed beach house set on a private acre of land. Perfect for long days at the beach, short hops to town for dinner or shopping.

Wonderful Stay in the Hamptons

Beautiful property on a cul de sac in the Hamptons. Large pool and quiet backyard providing opportunity to spend time with family. Lovely renovations with new common area furnishings. Lisa could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to returning.

Nice 1st Stay in the Hamptons

Great house and location to several beaches. Lots of food options nearby. Lisa was the perfect host. Providing recommendations, easy check-in/check-out process and was promptly available whenever we needed her. We had a great time.

The Perfect Hamptons Stay!

My friends and family had an amazing stay at this house! Upon entry, it was cleaned to perfection super easy to check in and very clear and concise instructions from Lisa. She provided us with amazing recommendations for meals and activities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is the perfect size for quality time and bonding but also provided everyone their own space. Will Definitely return!

Fantastic property and stay

Great house, great outdoor Space and great pool! The house had plenty of bathrooms, large bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a very nice touch. The backyard was well maintained and secluded with a beautiful pool. The deck was spacious and very nice with integrated speakers and nice patio furniture. Overall extremely great stay would love to come here again!!! Thank you Lisa!

Beautiful home for family vacation

Our family of 6 adults and 1 child had a great 2 week vacation. The house was just the right size. The property is very private with a beautiful pool. Close to beaches and towns for great dining and shopping.

Spacious Home w/large deck!

This home is amazing if you are a decent sized group. The deck is huge, the pool is perfect. There are not only 4 bdrms but basically 2 living rooms with their own tv and cozy couches. If you want to be around this neighborhood and are 6-8 people this is the place!

Amazing Stay!

Awesome MDW stay at this home. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. House fit 8 comfortably with enough living and dining for all to enjoy. Backyard, deck, and pool make this house! Lisa was a great communicator! Highly recommend!
