Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.

A. Our listed pricing is the best possible price we offer. There are bigger discounts that get applied for each day you add from 3 days and up .

Other Things to Note:
Please note this house is located on the peak of a mountain side, there are small winding roads up and down and a single lane bridge that will need to be crossed to access the house. It is located in a residential community so there are people that come and go every day over the same route but for someone not familiar with the area it may be challenging at first. We strongly recommend you have a 4 wheel/AWD vehicle in Rainy and Snowy months and would not recommend travel to the house from Nov-March without it.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
